Caste system is there in all religions in India

I have come across several people blaming Hinduism for caste system. Bull shit. This documentary tells us that caste system is present in all religions in India. That doesnot absolve Hinduism of the caste system but than Hinduism is not necessarily the reason for it.

A lot of things happen in a society and not everything can be explained by religion. For example if people steal, that doesnot mean that religion is the only factor responsible for it and the religion of the person tells one to steal.
